Examples of 行动 that may be grieved under this policy:

  • To contest an instructor’s evaluation of academic performance

投诉程序

The aggrieved student must first confer with the staff member, 教员, or student involved in an attempt to resolve the problem. If the student is not comfortable with first addressing the staff or 教员, 您可以直接跳到步骤2. 您也可以选择通过“报告非学术投诉”表格来报告任何非学术投诉 EARS.

登录EARS

  1. 登录EARS using your North Park email address and password.
  2. From the Launchpad, click the life preserver icon labeled Ask for Help.
  3. On the New Referral page, fill out your contact information at the top.
  4. 在转介部分, click the drop-down menu and select Report a Non-Academic Grievance – Student Form.

Every effort will be made to settle complaints promptly. Time limitations specified in this policy may be extended by written mutual agreement. If there is no written mutual agreement to extend the time limits, and if the student fails to appeal to the next level within the specified time limits, the complaint will be deemed settled on the basis of the last decision rendered. 如果学校未能在规定的时间内对投诉采取行动或在任何级别通知学生的决定, 如果决定在适当的时间内传达,学生将被允许在分配的时间内上诉到下一级.
